Hyperspectral intelligent sorting equipment
End-to-end hyperspectral solutions span core optical modules, laboratory benchtop testing equipment, and high-throughput inline sorting platforms, meeting spectral analysis and industrial deployment needs across different dimensions.

Optical Core
Hyperspectral camera
SPECU's flagship hyperspectral camera is independently developed and built on full-stack in-house technology. It uses the company's self-developed hyperspectral chips in a range of pixel specifications to overcome the resolution limits of conventional imaging devices, and combines precision optical modules with an adaptive optical path design to meet high-sensitivity detection requirements.

Laboratory & QA
Benchtop hyperspectral analysis equipment
A benchtop hyperspectral analysis system designed for laboratory testing and small-scale quality inspection. It integrates a hyperspectral imaging module, an automated sample stage, a light source control system, and a data analysis software platform. The system uses a closed optical design to eliminate ambient light interference, and together with a high-precision translation stage, enables three-dimensional spectral scanning and micro-area analysis of samples.

Production Line
Tracked hyperspectral intelligent sorting solution
SPECU has developed an intelligent equipment solution specifically for precise material sorting in complex scenarios. At its core is a self-developed AI-powered high-precision sorting engine that combines hyperspectral imaging technology with edge intelligence algorithms, enabling a breakthrough from “visual recognition” to “composition-based sorting.” The ultra-fast response design lets the equipment process data in real time even while moving on tracks, and high-speed pneumatic sorting valves support a seamless “recognition–decision–execution” workflow to meet large-scale continuous sorting needs.
