Turning advanced spectral technology
into an industrial-grade vision standard

— Who we are

Wuxi SPECU Technology · Hyperspectral inspection equipment manufacturer

In complex industrial automation, surface defect detection can no longer meet advanced requirements for material composition, internal defects, and foreign material removal. Leveraging its full-stack in-house development of core optical chips, precision spectral module systems, and hardware-software co-designed algorithms, SPECU turns expensive equipment once found only in specialized laboratories into production-grade industrial equipment with high stability, ease of use, and cost efficiency.

R&D Capabilities
01 / CHIP

Spectral-grade silicon-based chip

Overcomes the size and cost constraints of conventional spectral components by condensing complex optical paths onto a single chip, delivering an exponential improvement in spectral response performance and consistency in volume production.

02 / OPTICS

Precision optical module

The proprietary ultra-low-stray-light system design and nanoscale precision manufacturing ensure clean, high-signal-to-noise spectral data capture even in highly complex industrial environments.

03 / ALGO

Hardware-software co-design algorithms

Deeply optimized for massive hyperspectral data cubes, the self-developed underlying parsing architecture combines AI models to achieve millisecond-level real-time material identification and defect localization at production-line scale.

04 / MFG

Industrial-grade system manufacturing

From core module assembly to integration of complete in-line sorting systems, we hold to strict factory inspection standards to ensure around-the-clock stable operation under extreme temperature, humidity, and vibration conditions.
