1. What information we collect

Wuxi SPECU Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we") collects the following personal information through this website:

  • Inquiry form: the name, phone number, email address, company name, and inquiry details you voluntarily provide.
  • Resume submission: the name, phone number, email address, and information contained in the resume attachment you voluntarily submit.

We do not use tracking cookies, track behavior across sites, or share your information with third-party advertising platforms.

2. Why we collect

  • Inquiry information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to provide product selection and technical solution recommendations.
  • Resume information is used only for recruitment evaluation and hiring contact.

We will not use your information for purposes other than those described above. If we need to change how it is used, we will ask for your consent again.

3. How we store it

The information you submit is stored on our own servers. Resume attachments are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized hiring personnel. We use measures such as access controls and encryption in transit to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or tampering.

Retention period: inquiry information is retained for no more than 24 months from the last contact; resume information is retained for no more than 12 months from submission. After this period, we will delete or anonymize it.

4. Do we share

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose it to third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • Obtain your separate consent;
  • When required by laws and regulations, or by judicial or administrative authorities in accordance with statutory procedures.

5. Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent you have already given, and to request that we explain our personal information processing rules.

6. Minors

This website is intended for business customers and job seekers, not for minors under 14 years of age. We do not actively collect personal information from minors.

7. Policy updates

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page. We will provide prominent notice of any material changes affecting your rights.
