Congratulations!
At the finals of the 7th "Create Wuxi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, after fierce competition against many top projects, SPECU Technology broke through the field with its hyperspectral vision "chip-level" core hardware project. Backed by disruptive innovation and clear commercialization prospects, it won first place in the competition's startup group by a decisive margin, claiming the championship.
This honor not only affirms our technical strength but also strengthens our resolve to empower industry development.

A moment of glory, outstanding results

This is not only a top honor, but also the best tribute to the SPECU team's relentless efforts and dedication to technical exploration.
SPECU was jointly founded by a core team of scientists and engineers from Imperial College London, MIT, Cambridge, and other universities, and is dedicated to bringing cutting-edge vision technology to large-scale commercial deployment. Its core technology, chip-level hyperspectral visual perception, overcomes the technical and performance bottlenecks of conventional visual perception in industrial, agricultural, security, and medical applications. It highly integrates vision and pixel-level composition sensing into a single sensing device, enabling multimodal perception in complex scenes.
Wuxi SPECU Technology Co., Ltd.
SPECU Technology focuses on providing customers with foundational hardware for hyperspectral visual perception and industry solutions. These include industrial-grade hyperspectral vision modules, hyperspectral chips, and AI compute-enabled modality perception. Our goal is to enable machines to “identify information about the chemical composition of materials” and reshape how machine vision interacts with the world.
The company is headquartered in Xinwu District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, and has built its own mass-production line for hyperspectral modules. It is responsible for hyperspectral product manufacturing, high-speed AI algorithm engine development, application analysis, and hyperspectral solution development.

Hyperspectral module

RobustVision - K2000 is a flagship hyperspectral camera independently developed by SPECU, with its core competitiveness built on fully in-house, full-stack technology. It uses the company's self-developed hyperspectral chips in a range of pixel specifications, overcoming the resolution limitations of conventional imaging devices. Combined with precision optical modules and adaptive optical path design, it meets the requirements of high-sensitivity detection.
The device quickly captures spectral information from target objects, enabling compositional analysis and testing of food, metals, materials, and other substances. It is widely used in food testing, industrial intelligence, environmental monitoring, professional healthcare, smart agriculture, and other fields, providing solutions that range from visual recognition to compositional analysis.
