Traditional vision can only see shape and color, not material composition, so trace leaks and same-color organic impurities are hard to detect and false positives are common. SPECU hyperspectral imaging identifies materials by their spectral signatures:

1. Leak detection accurately distinguishes the process oil film on capsule surfaces from drug solution seeping through ruptures, and detects thin seepage films caused by microcracks. It resists curved-surface reflections, reduces false positives, and intercepts capsules with hidden leaks early.
2. Impurity detection can detect same-color foreign matter that is difficult to distinguish under visible light, such as hair, glue debris, and organic fragments. It covers both surface impurities and shallow foreign matter inside the capsule, and distinguishes scratches, water stains, and actual defects.
