Glass inspection inside ampoules

Ampule
  • Glass shard detection in bottles
  • Bubbles after water injection
  • More precise material discrimination: Hyperspectral technology can quickly distinguish glass shards from other tiny impurities in the drug solution (such as fibers and sediment) based on the chemical spectral differences between the glass shards and the solution, eliminating misjudgments. It is especially suitable for inspection scenarios involving clear or translucent drug solutions;
  • No minor defects missed:Even when a glass shard is only 0.1 mm in particle size (far below the industry's conventional lower detection limit), ultra-high-resolution imaging can clearly capture its edge contours and optical characteristics, preventing missed detections caused by the small size of the foreign object;
  • Non-contact, no secondary contamination:The entire process uses a non-contact inspection mode, with no need to touch the ampoule or drug solution. This avoids damage to the bottle during inspection and the risk of introducing new contamination, meeting the sterility requirements of pharmaceutical production;
  • Accurate bubble characterization:By monitoring bubble size, count, distribution, and movement trajectory in real time, the system distinguishes “normal dissolution bubbles” from “abnormal bubbles caused by poor sealing” (such as bubbles caused by cracks in the bottle body or an inadequate seal), avoiding misclassifying normal bubbles as a nonconforming item.
Breaking the spectrum deadlock

In addition to accurately identifying fine glass shards inside ampoules, it can also detect q that enters when the seal is abnormal.
